Why hello there! Nice of me to make an appearance around these parts…right? RIGHT!!
This poor, neglected lil’ blog of mine. I have finally come to the end of my semester and can breathe a little.
But I’m not here to discuss that.
I’m here to tell you about the amazing trip I was taken on to Honduras last week! Yay for last-minute, impromptu trips, they are THEEE BEST EVER!!
I can’t really explain why I love this 3rd world country soooo much, but I do! I always have and probably always will. For me, no feeling is the same as the feeling I have when I’m there surrounded by the family, the food, the language, and the culture that I love.
I had not been back since Christmas of 1999, so needless to say…it had been A LONG TIME! I so needed this trip even though I had no idea that I did. But it’s one of those things that you learn after you experience it.
